If something is spilled on your chair, do not use any cleaning products. The sofa cover can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. The steel frame can simply be wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
The cushions are filled with a combination of real feathers and synthetic fibers. Over time, the feathers may shrink slightly. To keep the seat cushion full and fluffy, you should shake and turn the seat cushions regularly.

Shipping: You will receive an email with a track & trace code as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
Products with a large size or high gross weight are delivered via a so-called 2-man delivery. The delivery company will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date. Your product will be delivered within the corridor over the first threshold, the delivered goods will not be unpacked and packaging material will not be taken away. Without an elevator, delivery is only possible up to the 4th floor.
